After the champagne reception and a superb lunch , we left the warm confines of box no 1 overlooking the finish line to make our way to the parade ring and as
Eclipse Sports Promotions were sponsoring race number 2 , our racing legend Pat Eddery assisted Andrew Mortimer (Islington Chamber of Commerce) in selecting the best turned out horse in the paddock , Bible Lord , owned by Mr M Tedham and trained by Andy Turnell , after the £50 prize was handed over , next stop was the Royal Box to watch the race which was won by Limited Edition .The presentation party then made their way to the winners enclosure to handover the prizes to the winning connections , as for Bible Lord, he ran a creditable second at odds of 25-1!!
